Full Time Sales Assistant - Audio Visual Electronics
Rear opportunity to join Australia's #1 independent retailer of home cinema solutions in a period of rapid growth for the industry as film distribution moves from public cinemas into the home. We are looking for extra full-time sale assistants for our Auburn branch.
What you will be doing:
Serve and assist customers in store
Process and invoice customer orders
Reply to customer emails and inquiries
Answer telephone calls
Assist the warehouse staff with customer orders where required
Assist with any additional work as needed
Free On-site parking is available.
To be successful for this position you should:
Experience/ability to patiently and politely communicate with customers & staff
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be skilled in data entry and customer service
Enjoy a busy environment
Some experience in the IT/AV industry would be advantageous
