The Marantz NR1607 is the only full-featured slim-line network AV receiver on the market with almost no functional difference to its full-sized competition. In a fully shielded metal enclosure half the height of a standard unit, Marantz has managed to squeeze in a large insulated transformer with a generous capacitor array to power the 7 internal discrete power amplifiers, as well as no less than 8 digital signal processors to run all the advanced software capabilities of the device, including Audyssey MultiEQ room correction, Dolby Atmos 3D sound mapping, and a full suite of a mobile device and network high-resolution audio streaming features.
Home Theatre Credentials
The NR1607 is specifically engineered for the new age 4K home theatre, with full support for UHD Blu-ray playback. On the video side, this means HDCP 2.2 decryption and encryption, HDR (High Dynamic Range) and BT.2020 (Rec. 2020 Wide Gamut) colour rendition, and high frame rate support on all of its 8 HDMI inputs. For audio, this means full decode and processing of all HD Audio codecs, including DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD, FLAC and AAC, plus 3D mapping via Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Most importantly, the NR1607 fully implements DSU (Dolby Surround Up-mixer) which upconverts all your existing films from DVDs and streaming media to an immersive 3D sound experience with real height and ambience.
Convenient Multizone
Marantz provides free apps for all common smartphones/tablets via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app provides simple but sophisticated control of both zones in the NR1607, facilitating unsurpassed independent power, source, volume and playback controls in each area, with no need to locate yourself within proximity of the device or point the remote control in the right direction. In the second zone, you can listen to music from your phone apps or storage via AIrPlay/Bluetooth, as well as tune into both local FM/AM and tens of thousands of internet radio stations worldwide. Of course, you will still have access to any disc players, pay-TV boxes, USB drives and network shares in both zones simultaneously as well.
Refined Design
The curved aluminium fascia is not only beautiful but increases the rigidity of the entire unit due to its elimination of horizontal sharp edges and vibration resonances. Intelligently, the front panel display is larger than many full-sized AVRs, with large fonts legible from many metres away. The remote control has been streamlined with 5 colour coded buttons, reduced weight for improved ergonomics, and controls for both zones while still having a good spacing between buttons.
Built-in Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
Featuring both Bluetooth & dual-band 2.4Ghz + 5.8Ghz Wi-Fi connectivity, the NR1607 uses with an advanced dual antenna RF transceiver system for robust, error-free transmission and reception even in though walls and cabinets. Connect to the internet through your home Wi-Fi network or Ethernet port and listen to music via Spotify Connect, Pandora and other app-based services.
AirPlay provides an instant wireless connection to your iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad, Mac OS X computers and other devices running iTunes, and the NR1607 is also able to stream your music from home computers and NAS devices via your home network.
High-Resolution Audio support
Discover the incredible fidelity of high-resolution audio tracks: the NR1607 can decode AIFF, FLAC and WAV lossless files at up to 24-bit/192-kHz, plus ALAC/Apple Lossless at up to 96kHz/24bit, as well as SACD-quality 2.8MHz DSD and 5.6Mhz Double Rate DSD. You can play these files via the front panel USB port or stream them to the NR1607 from network sources. You can also listen to other popular file types such as MP3, WMA and AAC, and the NR1607 supports gapless playback, for non-stop background music.

Refund, Return and Repair Policy
Digital Cinema strives to make every purchase a happy one.

Always inspect any products that we have delivered to you or that you picked up from the Digital Cinema store, to make sure you are completely satisfied with the condition of the products, including that the products are of merchantable quality.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds for change of mind would only be accepted with a restocking fee subject to approval. We recommend you carefully choose any products before adding them to your cart and continuing with your order. The restocking fee is 25% if approved.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any products are delivered damaged, please contact our Customer service Staff as soon as possible. Digital Cinema will organise to have your products returned to Digital Cinema and to arrange for a replacement of your products fast. Damaged products need to be returned in the same condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Delivery Charges
Digital Cinema will refund all delivery charges in the event an item has to be returned due to a fault or damage and no replacement items can be found. Delivery refund will only be approved within 14 days of purchase and all original packaging, accessories and manuals are included.

Refunds
Any Refunds will be made by Digital Cinema using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within five (5) days.
Digital Cinema reserve the right to refund and cancel any order when the below occurs.
- Grossly incorrect pricing has been listed by accident due to human error.
- Items cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues.
- The sale is considered to be fraudulent and Digital Cinema considers the fulfillment of this sale may harm Digital Cinema.
You will be contacted by email to explain why a refund has been issued and products not delivered.
Returns and Repairs

You may also contact Digital Cinema on 1300 859 905 or visit the store where the items were collected. A Digital Cinema team member will help you with any return or repair. This will include inspecting the products, organising for the products to be repaired, or offering you a replacement.
Products need to be returned within a reasonable time period. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.

Products returned under warranty will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time period. You will be provided with a repair time after the item is assessed. This time may vary due to reasons beyond our or the manufacturer's control, such as parts availability and incorrect fault advice given.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment or freight costs, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where the goods are assessed not to be faulty. We will provide you with a cost if this case arrises.
If any electrical goods that you returned may lose settings or user saved preferences during the resetting and rebooting phases in a repair sequence.
