Panasonic PT-AE8000 Full HD 3D Home Cinema Projector embodies Panasonic’s 11 years of home cinema projector engineering, and produces 2,400 lm of brightness with an incredible 500,000:1 contrast ratio and innovative 3D features. Excellent picture quality
The PT-AE8000 has a 220W Red Rich Lamp for increased red intensity which produces bright images and stunning colour reproduction. The new design of the prism and lens with higher light convergence also contribute to the 2,400 lumens of high brightness. Together with the increase in brightness, the PT-AE8000 generates deeper blacks with a contrast ratio of 500,000:1. The higher contrast, adds more depth, fine details and greater richness to colours. Panasonic’s Pure Contrast Plate technology, Pure Colour Filter Pro, and Smooth Screen technology also make the PT-AE8000 one of the best projectors in its class
Enjoy smooth continuous 3D movement with the 3D Motion Remaster
The new 3D Motion Remaster corrects unnatural 3D movement which is inherent in the active 3D shutter system. Active shutter 3D technology operates by alternately opening and closing the shutter for left/right lens, which in turn creates the 3D images. However, this means a slight delay of 1/120 seconds between each eye which creates an unnatural parallax. In order to resolve this issue the projector interpolates an image that compensates for the 1/120 second lag for smooth continuous 3D movement.
Dual Core Processing Engine
High-quality 2D image processing, including Frame Creation and Detail Clarity Processor., can be enjoyed in 3D as well, with the incorporation of the high-performance dual core processing engine.
Dynamic Iris Pro Adds Beauty to Both Dark and Bright Scenes
This intelligent iris system works by analysing the brightness level of each image using a histogram, then adjusting the lamp power, iris and gamma curve accordingly to create the ideal image. The adjustments are made virtually frame by frame. This helps the projector achieve a wide dynamic range with swift smoothness for added beauty in both dark and bright scenes.
Smooth screen Technology Creates Film-Like Texture
While many LCD projectors suffer from a "chicken wire" effect, Panasonic's pursuit of the highest possible image quality has successfully overcome this device limitation through the incorporation of smooth Screen technology. This uses the double refraction propriety of crystals to arrange pixels on a screen with no gaps between them.
Detail Clarity Processor 4 Gives Natural Clarity to Even the Finest Details
This digital image processing circuit brings grater clarity and sharpness to details embedded in the image. After analysing the video signal frequency in each scene, the circuit optimises the sharpness of each part of the image based on the extracted information. The resulting images, 3D or 2D, have more natural, lifelike expression than those of previous image-processing methods.
3D viewing Monitor for Adjustment of Depth-of-Field
The projection size for viewing 3D images can be selected from among 9 different sizes, ranging from 40 inches to 2000 inches diagonally. The amount of parallax is optimised according to the projector size, so comfortable, easy-to-view 3D images can be enjoyed at any size. Either of three monitor styles can be selected.

Always inspect any products that we have delivered to you or that you picked up from the Digital Cinema store, to make sure you are completely satisfied with the condition of the products, including that the products are of merchantable quality.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds for change of mind would only be accepted with a restocking fee subject to approval. We recommend you carefully choose any products before adding them to your cart and continuing with your order. The restocking fee is 25% if approved.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any products are delivered damaged, please contact our Customer service Staff as soon as possible. Digital Cinema will organise to have your products returned to Digital Cinema and to arrange for a replacement of your products fast. Damaged products need to be returned in the same condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.

Delivery Charges
Digital Cinema will refund all delivery charges in the event an item has to be returned due to a fault or damage and no replacement items can be found. Delivery refund will only be approved within 14 days of purchase and all original packaging, accessories and manuals are included.

Refunds
Any Refunds will be made by Digital Cinema using the same method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within five (5) days.
Digital Cinema reserve the right to refund and cancel any order when the below occurs.
- Grossly incorrect pricing has been listed by accident due to human error.
- Items cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues.
- The sale is considered to be fraudulent and Digital Cinema considers the fulfillment of this sale may harm Digital Cinema.
You will be contacted by email to explain why a refund has been issued and products not delivered.
Returns and Repairs

You may also contact Digital Cinema on 1300 859 905 or visit the store where the items were collected. A Digital Cinema team member will help you with any return or repair. This will include inspecting the products, organising for the products to be repaired, or offering you a replacement.
Products need to be returned within a reasonable time period. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.

Products returned under warranty will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time period. You will be provided with a repair time after the item is assessed. This time may vary due to reasons beyond our or the manufacturer's control, such as parts availability and incorrect fault advice given.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment or freight costs, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where the goods are assessed not to be faulty. We will provide you with a cost if this case arrises.
If any electrical goods that you returned may lose settings or user saved preferences during the resetting and rebooting phases in a repair sequence.
