Van den Hul The Tide Hybrid Analogue Interconnect Cable Pair delivers high-quality audio through stranded silver‑coated OFC twin-core conductors and a double‑shielded hybrid design for superb interference rejection. With a low capacitance of 44 pF/m, rugged 7.0 mm Hulliflex jacket in orange‑yellow, and halogen-free materials, it offers durable, flexible, audiophile-grade performance for both balanced and unbalanced applications.
Flexible Double-Shielded Twin-Core Audio Interconnect
The Tide Hybrid is a tough, flexible, double-shielded twin-core audio interconnect cable offered at a highly affordable price. It is the first balanced interconnect at this price point to include our well-known LSC technology.
The Tide Hybrid supports both balanced and unbalanced connections in home and car hi-fi systems. Its flexibility and quality also make it ideal for use as a musical instrument cable. When wired in a balanced setup, it also works well as a microphone cable. Though cost-effective, The Tide Hybrid uses high-grade materials throughout. The design delivers excellent signal transmission, low capacitance between conductors, strong shielding, high flexibility, and long-lasting durability.
The Tide Hybrid features:
- Stranded conductors made from very pure, large crystal, dense silver-coated oxygen-free copper for clean, detailed sound and lasting performance.
- Very low parasitic capacitance between conductors (only 44 pF/m), reducing strain on high-impedance sources like guitar pickups and preserving natural sound.
- A hybrid double shield consisting of a dense braid and a special Linear Structured Carbon treated layer that blocks external noise and keeps the signal clear.
- An extra-thick, highly flexible Hulliflex cable jacket that ensures durability, ease of use, and long-term protection.
